Petition To Protect Lake Murray's Multiple Resources
 
The Lake Murray Homeowners Coalition and the undersigned support a water sharing plan, to be included in SCE&G’s license application, that includes a “low inflow protocol” that reduces downstream releases for fish habitat enhancement in the lower Saluda to the minimum flow of 400 cfs when the lake level drops 6 inches from the appropriate target level for that day as defined in the proposed guide curve. The LMHOC and the undersigned do not support proposed releases to enhance striped bass spawning in the CongareeRiver.
